A 225,000 sq ft headquarters office campus in the heart of Borehamwood. New owners
The Property Merchant Group carried out a complete refurbishment to a Grade A standard.
The brief was to create comprehensive marketing campaign to attract lettings, and
the toughest challenge, to change the perception of Borehamwood as an office destination.
A new brand was created retaining the name which was to be used throughout all marketing
material and on-site signage . Brochures, mailers, advertising and the website endorsed
the quality of the refurbishment.
A location video / dvd was created to highlight the amenities of the area, this
proved to be a very successful tool in the process of proving Borehamwood as an
office destination. This was also used by ingoing tenants to showcase the location
and the offices to their staff.
With over 160,000 sq ft now let, this must surely prove the right marketing material
will get results!
