GKA successfully pitched for this project in 2003 and have been retained as design
consultants since. The Heights is a prestigious commercial office development of
five stylish headquarters buildings totalling 350,000 sq ft set within clean open
landscaped surroundings.
We created a distinctive brand inspired by motor racing livery which reflected The
Heights relationship with the world famous Brooklands motor racing track in which
it is located.
Producing substantial coffee table brochures with exceptional photography to showcase
these stunning buildings, the aim was to attract multi-national companies to join
Sony and Procter and Gamble who already occupied the area to create a major corporate
centre. Various support material was also produced to promote the scheme and The
Heights now has approx 250,000 sq ft let to many major worldwide companies.
