MK Central Launch
GKA were delighted to organise the successful launch of MK Central for Threadneedle
and their Agents DTZ and Bidwells.
An ongoing buffet for around 60 local and London based Agents from 8am-2pm in an
empty 118,000 sq ft office building in Milton Keynes.
GKA Events organised the following:
- Devised the guest list
- Designed, printed and mailed the invitations
- Recorded and chased RSVP’s
- Designed and sent pre-event reminder emailers with locational/parking information
- Used their contacts to ensure an 83% acceptance to an out of town informal event
- Provided wonderful finger buffet
- Sourced fabulous floral arrangements
- Provided all waiting and glamorous hostess staff
- Sourced the gift incentive
- Created a continuous loop DVD of the building and nearby amenities for the marketing
suite
- Provided car parking signage
And most importantly - ensured we had happy Clients:
